Sigma Software acquires Ukrainian outsourcing company IdeaSoft

Last week Sigma Software Group, a Swedish-Ukrainian company, announced the acquisition of the Ukrainian IT outsourcing company IdeaSoft, headquartered in Kharkiv (Kharkov).

The company, which has an in-house team of 120 developers, will continue working under its existing brand within Sigma Software Group.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed, but Yevgen Sysoyev, a renowned expert of the Ukrainian venture scene, told local tech blog AIN.UA it could be around $3-4 million.

Founded in 2016, IdeaSoft delivers integrated software solutions, leveraging its expertise in DLT, fintech, 5G, MEC, and private cellular. Among its customers are Corum Group, Neura, Nexar, Porsche, Securitize, and others. 

Sigma Software is a Swedish-Ukrainian company with offices in Ukraine, Poland, Sweden, the USA, Canada, and Australia. It is part of the Sigma Group, the largest group of Scandinavia companies offering various IT-engineering services.
