Last week Innovecs, a Kyiv (Kiev)-headquartered IT outsourcing company operating mainly in the USA, announced the acquisition of the outsourcing division of Tatem Games, a major game publisher and developer in Ukraine.
“The global games market is rapidly growing every day,” says Innovecs co-founder and CEO Alex Lutskiy, who approached Tatem due to its “quite professional and experienced team” and promising client portfolio.
Among the clients of Tatem’s outsourcing division are Gameloft, Openwager, Gaia Online, Ezugi, HappyLatte, Odobo, BlueShallGames, SGN, UIG, Wargaming, Appzine, and others.
Over the past six years Tatem Games has released 11 games, which it claims are played by more than 33 million users.
Innovecs has also announced the expansion of its regional presence with a new office in Nikolaev, southern Ukraine.
