Email marketing service TriggMine secures $300,000, plans to enter US and European markets

Last week TriggMine, a Kyiv (Kiev)-based startup which has developed a triggered email marketing solution, raised $300,000 from an undisclosed individual investor.

TriggMine’s triggered emails are intended for e-commerce sites to increase conversion, and recover abandoned carts. The company also offers a variety of email templates and real-time analytics to enhance emailing activity.

The startup claims its solution is ready for integration with a number of CMS, including Magento, 1С Bitrix, OpenCart, WordPress, CS Cart, UMI.CMS, Drupal and others.

The solution is offered for free to e-merchants with less than 5,000 visits per month.

Founded in 2013 by Ukrainian entrepreneurs Igor and Maxim Solovyev, TriggMine released its product earlier this year. It has its research and development team in Kharkiv (Kharkov) in Eastern Ukraine and its headquarters in Kyiv.

The new funding will be used to develop a new version of the product and enter the US and European markets. So far the startup had developed activities in Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia as well as in the UAE.
