Ukraine’s mobile internet one of world’s cheapest

It’s cheap to browse the internet in Ukraine while on the go, according to the ranking published by British consumer telecoms analyst Cable.co.uk earlier this month. Ukraine placed 4th out of 230 countries regarding the price of its mobile internet, with data tariffs being cheaper only in India, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

To compile the ranking, the telecoms analyst has compared over 6,000 mobile data plans and assessed the average cost of a gigabyte in each country. An average price for mobile data in Ukraine is 51 cents per gigabyte.
