InSoft.Partners, a major Kyiv-based software development holding, is continuing its investment and acquisition spree. As reported by Forbes Ukraine, the holding has acquired a stake in Vakoms, a software developer from Lviv whose expertise ranges from health tech, to 3D product configuration, to furniture retail, to marketing and ad technologies.
Founded in 2010, Vakoms has more than 130 employees in three offices in Ukraine, Poland, and Switzerland.
Neither the amount nor the terms of the deal with InSoft.Partners were disclosed.
The InSoft.Partners holding includes Forbytes, Indeema Software, Inoxoft, Linkup Studio, Noltic, and Digis, reports Forbes Ukraine, which have a valuation of some $60 million in total.
The stakes in Forbytes, Noltic and Digis were acquired earlier this year, in March, July and September, respectively.
InSoft.Partners’ acquisition strategy usually aims to develop portfolio companies to achieve successful exits.
