Horizon Capital becomes majority shareholder in Ukrainian telecom operator

Last week Horizon Capital, a Kyiv (Kiev)-based private equity fund manager, announced that it had increased its stake in Datagroup, a major Ukrainian independent telecom operator, from significant minority to over 70%.
