Earlier this week, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) released its annual “Global Outsourcing 100” list, which includes four Ukrainian firms.
The list includes Ukrainian firms Eleks, Miratech, Softengi, and SoftServe, as well foreign firms with major offices in Ukraine. The latter group includes Luxoft, Russian company Artezio, Belarusian company Intetics, and American firms TEAM International Services and Softjourn.
“The inclusion of Ukrainian companies in this rating is important for improving the image of Ukraine on the global IT market, especially now, when several foreign customers have taken projects from the country”, a representative from Softengi told Ukrainian tech site AIN.UA.
The Global Outsourcing 100 is compiled from applications received and evaluated by independent panel of judges from the IAOP. The outsourcing service providers named to the listing include companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services.
The ranking showcases what the IAOP believes are the best companies in each of four judging categories: size and growth; delivery excellence; programs for innovation; and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Customers say innovation and CSR are increasingly central to their outsourcing decisions, the IAOP notes.
In its previous ranking, IAOP had included three Ukrainian companies (Intetics, Miratech and Softengi) among the “Top 5 Rising Stars.” EPAM, Luxoft, Miratech and SoftServe were also included in the ranking.
